We ship most orders through UPS. We can not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses through UPS. For those instances we use the United States Parcel Service. Orders are sent Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturday. The order cut off is 12:00 pm Central time. Orders received after 12:00 pm will be processed the next business day. Please state any shipping comments you may have about your order in the comment section on the order forms.
Midwest Machinery Co. uses a secure processing center. During the order process your payment is charged immediately to your card. This process is very safe, it allows us to keep very close watch for fraudulent purchases. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover.
What is our return policy?
We stand behind the quality of all of our products. The original purchaser may return any item in its original condition, within 30 days of the original ship date. We will gladly issue a credit, to the original credit card, covering the value of your returned items. On returns we do not credit shipping and handling charges. With orders from Canada we do not cover any duty charges. No returns will be accepted with out prior authorization. Any order cancelled after being processed or refused at delivery time will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Occasionally errors do occur during fulfillment of your order. Please report any damages or shortages within 5 business days of the receipt of your shipment.
How do you return an item?
Send the item back in the original packaging it came in with a copy of the invoice and an explanation of why you need to return it.
