We ship all our orders through UPS and USPS. We can not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses through UPS. For those instances we use the United States Postal Service. Orders are sent Monday through Friday. UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturday. The USPS Priority Mail shipping options (1, 2, or 3 Day) are estimates given by USPS on approximately how long it will take your order to arrive. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the chosen time frame. The order cut off is 10:00 am Central time. Orders received after 10:00 am will be processed the next business day. Orders are usually shipped within 24 business hours but may take up to 3 business days to be shipped. Please state any shipping comments you may have about your order in the comment section on the order forms. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Why we ship via UPS and USPS
We choose to ship via UPS and USPS because we find that their customer service and damage/lost package policy is excellent. You are guaranteed your product! We have found cheaper services cause many packages to be lost or damaged, which means having to send a second batch of merchandise and additional shipping costs, all while delaying the delivery of the product for our customer. With UPS and USPS, packages are rarely ever lost and you get your product quickly. UPS and UPS, like most other shipping companies, have had to increase their shipping rates, which explains the higher cost.


What is our return policy?
We stand behind the quality of all of our products. The original purchaser may return any item in its original condition, within 30 days of the original ship date. We will gladly issue a credit, to the original credit card, covering the value of your returned items. We do not credit shipping and handling charges on returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees when returning or exchanging products. With orders from Canada, we do not cover any duty charges. Occasionally errors do occur during fulfillment of your order. Please report any damages or shortages within 5 business days of the receipt of your shipment.

How do you return an item?
Send the item back in the original packaging it came in with a copy of the invoice and an explanation of why you need to return it. For exchanges, send back the item you need to exchange with a copy of the invoice. Once we receive it, we will credit you back for it. Then place an order on the website for the new item.
